i've been banned for a long time , because of use AJ hack.
so,is it possible to unfrozen my old account?

You have not been banned for using the AJ hack, you have been banned for the way you use it!!.
Any inquiries regarding your frozen account can only be dealt with by an Admin, send a p.m.
