The Division ban rate

I'm thinking of buying the division cheat but don't want to get banned. I saw on the info that it had no anti-cheat but yet theres still reports of people getting banned (i guess manually?) How likely would it be to get banned?

If you are obvious they will ban you. They track your stats and play style in PVE and PVP. And investigate player reports.
