I have a prepaid visa in which I intend to buy the EFT cheats (when they are back on sale) but I just want to know ahead of time if your payment options will support a prepaid debit visa (non- re-loadable).

If PayPal accepts it then yes it's accepted otherwise you may need to speak with a reseller.
