Suggestion for The Division side of the Cheat.

For RPM Is there anyway it can be changed from 500 increments to either 250 or being able to just type in a specific RPM number that we want and acknowledging it that way?

I'd suggest you post that in the wishlist in The Division support section so the coder can see it.
