So I went to test the cheat with the 24 hour trial, and when i injected without steam open it gave me the blue screen, now i didn't even get to use the cheat and i lost my money. I would like to know how to fix it and if i could get a refund or an extra day added to my subscription.

You were getting a BSOD because you did not have CSGO setup properly. I sent you the link (in shout box) to setup CSGO properly in order to run the cheat. As advised, you need to follow ALL of the steps in order to get the cheat to work. Please come to your teamspeak or live support if you run into any issues.
