Let me start by saying I'm propably going to buy this either way but I'm just curious if the cheat is visible or not while streaming. If yes, then will it be ever possible?

It is currently not viable to use while streaming, it will appear on stream. You can suggest it via the wishlist thread once you have a subscription.
