I probably wouldn't recommend going for the full hack unless you want speed hack and aimbot. The additional features that comes with the full, apart from the aimbot, are:

Miscellaneous:
- Crosshair
- Camera Light
- Night Vision
- Speed Hack
- Speed Key

So if you want night vision, etc, you can get the full version. The door unlock feature has been removed, as far as I can see on the cheat page. Whether it will come back or not, I am unsure of. The game may of been patched to prevent that exploit.

If you are doing fine alone with ESP, then I say just stick with that. Not saying you shouldn't go for it, but just giving you a heads up on what the difference is between ESP and full. By all means you can pay for the full hack alone and just use ESP but along with also supporting the hack developers and staff.

Nightvision and light are in misc section of the ESP only cheat.

Full cheat is worth tho for No Recoil.

No recoil + esp is the best to stay unnoticed

I know some of the staff use the no recoil feature and haven't gotten banned either. Might be safe.
