EFT sub VIP and ESP only.

Hello.
Ive a sub for EFT before it was split into two groups (full package and ESP only). Now I wanted to exstend my sub timer only for "ESP only" service, however after payment processed ive encountered a misunderstanding (probably).

"Escape From Tarkov VIP Access
07-02-2018 - 01-06-2019

Escape From Tarkov (ESP Only) VIP Access
11-22-2018 - 12-22-2018"

as seen above, my sub now is divided into two groups and seen as separate subs.
Is it possible to convert two of these subs into one ? (ESP only)
