Is there a way to know information about why and how long cheats will be down? And if it's down for a day, would that count as payed time even if I weren't able to use it?

Well, if it is down for a day, it'd only be fair to not count that day for my months subscription. Because I paid for a month, no more no less. Do you know if it'll count?

All time the cheat is down will be reimbursed automatically into your account once it is brought back online.
