How do i get Trusted hacks?

How do i get the trusted hacks like division 2 or apex? is there steps i gotta take to prove my identity? if trusted do the hacks come with the Overdose Package or is it sold separately?

You apply for them, but I will tell you now I would deny you based on a new account. Apply after using cheats for a few months. No they do not come in packages. Wouldn't be very trusted if they could be bought by anyone now would they?
