SCP SL Hacks

I was interested in buying the SCP SL hack but was just curious about 2 things in particular. I was wondering what Radio hack was. Is it just like you can hear anyone talking in the entire game even spectators or? The other thing i was curious about is the No recoil client side or server side? Basically what i mean is like are you the only one that sees the no recoil or is obvious to anyone that specs you? Thanks again

Radio hack used to do that, although it may have been patched recently.
No recoil removes the recoil on both ends, spectators will not see your view move, but it's unlikely anyone will say anything because of how buggy the game is.
