Typically there will be some NPCs and containers on Islands. If you turn the distance on those all the way up you may be able to see close islands.

there are free releases with the feature i want already

would like cannon aiming but that is definitely secondary to navigation especially considering the additional cost

We do not recommend using free cheats as they often come with malware and you are more likely to have your account compromised or banned.
