I have subscribed to GTA5 for 3 months service. But I do n’t know what to do next, where do I need to download the cheater I bought?

There is a download tab sir, you click it and read the instructions there

Once done, inject like this

1 > start game
2 > go to single player / story mode
3 > open cheat loader
4 > load cheat
5 > wait for cheat to inject
6 > box vanishes
7 > go back to game
8 > swap to gta Online
