Invalid bitcoin address

I'm using CEX io bitcoin exchange site, I've already bought required BTC for 1 year of Overdose Premium VIP Package, but at the very end of transition the site claims "Invalid bitcoin address". SSJason said my wallet wasn't supported. What are my options to purchase the package using my wallet, as I don't have any other?

For anyone who found this thread via search:
Cex io doesn't support Bech32 addresses, that is official answer from their support.
I managed to pay via BRD wallet with no problem and I will use it from now on.
