Hi, I just bought the War Thunder ESP Only, why is it showing the forum i need to download as locked?

That product is private only way to purchase is with an invite of trust. I see no purchase if you have a trasnaction number I check into it.

I'm guessing a reseller, because it directed me to Oplata.info where I paid through PayPal. Checked my history, it is [revoked link]

Considering that site is not affiliated with us nore is the one you listed and looks like it was coded by a 10 year old what did you expect sir. You should contact PayPal.
