Paid with Bitcoin

Hello, I purchased the 24-hour trial about thirty minutes ago with bitcoin. I am not entirely used to purchasing with bitcoin but I believe I have done it correctly. Is a delay of 30+ minutes normal or have I messed up?

BTC can take a couple of hours to fully complete.. The system is automated, so as soon as the processing is complete, you will get the access.
