i cant do **** all, i set it to run as administrator the base game, open it through steam, fails to open due to insufficient privilege's, so i set rockstar launcher to run as admin then the game never runs because steam only opens up the launcher and not the game and the launcher only says "you do not own this game" or "play on steam" steam only opens the launcher so i am incapable of launching it. not only that osme random times it does attempt to run then says it failed to run. if i cannot even get the game to run i would like a refund because that means the cheat is incapable of being used.
