Warframe - New features coming?

want to buy the Warframe Cheat here. I've saw many guys having damage multiplier and silent aim included.
Is there any way you can make this happen? Don't want to buy from other sites.

Unsure if the coder will add those features any time soon, will just have to wait patiently and see.
