My purchase was accepted and I even downloaded the loader, but there was an error in the download, when I closed the page and came back it was no longer VIP. But the purchase appears completed

If you bought from our website with bitcoin it can take from 5 minutes to 2 hours please be patient. If you bought from a reseller please contact them your self.
