Is Arma 3 available in the "Aim Junkie Overdose Premium VIP Package" because I see Escape from Tarkov is included in that pack yet it is a trusted cheat, but maybe it just hasn't been written into the "included cheats" but is actually available in it?

No trusted user cheats are included sir, it must have not been updated, but it still explicitly states no trusted user cheats. No Arma3 or EFT included in the OD premium.
