I never test it on EGS as i only play it on steam and yes all feature work in multiplayer. As for detection? i don't think this game even have anti cheat but you might get vote kicked by other player if you use some rage settings like rapid fire+unlimited ammo+large aimbot fov as it's quite obvious

Cheat is built for Steam. But may work with EPIC if the both platforms run the same .exe.
