Your windows is out of date by 5+ Years.
You have not had an active subscription in the past 90-days.
And you must actively use the cheats during the 90 day period.

So even if your account is 90-days old you haven't fulfilled the other requirements. Therefore you will be denied. And there are no exceptions.
