Hi, I got trusted in 11st Nov but Alipay was broken,so i contacted the resellers .Funny thing it was, today he sent a message to me that it was too late that i dont belongs to trusted anymore,even if I have already paid for him yesterday(the time my trusted not expired).What can we do if resellers procrastinate?

I suggest that you reach out to him and confirm that you are applying for trusted and that he can deliver to you as soon as you get your trusted status. Then reapply for trusted and if its granted contact him asap to buy your cheat. As you know the trusted approved status is only valid for 24hrs, so don't let grass grow under your feet!
