I have used stripe before but only when trying to pay with credit card it says declined i have enough limit and its open to internet, I even called the bank and it said its an issue on your end, I live in Turkey, Is there any other way I can use a credit card to pay?

It's on your end. Stripe blocked you not us. Your country is known for fraud. Ask a reseller.
