problem with purchase and download !

i purchased a hack for the division 1 for 14.99$ but i didnt recieved anything and i checked my card and the money already deducted
i checked the download sesion and nothing there to download
can u help me plz ?

then i entered my visa info
and the order sent and the money deducted
and i recieved only this email from stripe :

after that i clicked on verify email then i recieved this message :

thats all what happened
and i lost the money and no download at the end !

but the money deducted from my cash card and no download access
and thats the problem
