I purchased using BTC & the transaction IS confirmed on the blockchain.

It was about 30 minutes ago and still don't have option to download.

Just looking for help, maybe i'm missing something!

BTC requires 2-3 confirmations. You have access now. Open a thread in the appropriate section or come into our Guilded if you do require help.
