Purchased Halo infinite, cant find subscription

Purchased Halo infinite cheat, bitcoin payment went through and i was redirected to my profile.
I cant find anything to download or click on to activate this cheat?
I checked my email too and only a payment confirmation.
Is there something i am missing?? Nothing in my subscriptions at all.
