I'm confused about this one. It says it's trusted but it's in package which is available to anyone even without trusted?

Also I bought KF2 hack long ago and I just came back today. I'm wondering if I'm qualified to be trusted? I know you only have up to last 1 year history. What if I find a purchase transaction or some sort?

It's not in any packages as lit states on those pages, and requirements are listed. No way around them.
