Trusted Cheat Question

Sorry I had one more question about the trusted cheats since this is my first go with them. Do you then need to purchase the cheat or is it something that is a part of your overdose premium and you are allowed access to it.

It is stated on very clearly every page they are not included. Wouldn't make much sense to give a year to cheats that mostly cost $70 - $150 a month.
