I did not see it listed there or I missed it which is why I was hoping for clarification. Unfortunately there are no videos or pictures on that page to show how it looks in game.

If its not listed as a feature then I wouldn't assume it does... The cheat will show the boxes.. but I wouldn't assume it will show the rarity.

Weapons will show their rarity as 'Revolver.Common' or 'Revolver.Rare' etc, there is no filter though you will see all common/rare/etc.
