Unable to log in when logging in to the software

After I purchased and downloaded the software, when I entered the account and password cant login.

Hi Mysterisoulu,

Are you entering your username and password correctly into the login section?
As you need to make sure that your correctly inputing the credentials ie: if your Password was "pAssword123" then unless you spell the pass with the capital it will not work as it's case sensitive.

Also make sure that the loader is added as an exception in your anti-virus/windows defender programs.

I have logged in successfully, but the game crashes when loading.
