Using crypto takes 3 journal confirmations before it is fully complete, its just how it works. The speed of the confirmations is all dependant on the wallets, can take at least 10 mins up to 5 hours.. Also if you sent the fund using the $ amount instead of the actual number of BTC, then it is most likely underfunded and you will need to provide us with some information so the admins can look into the underfunding.
