steam id (no-steam counter strike source)

As far as I know, the steam id is generated and tied to the id of the hard drive. It used to work, but currently it does not work. What are the ways to change the steam id to no-steam?

I suggest you google that or contact Steam support. Personally, I have a bunch of Steam accounts that I use when needed.
