How did you purchase?

If reseller, will need to wait for them. If BTC, will need to wait until confirmations go through and will activate automatically.

EliteHacksRU was the reseller and it was on local payment method.

No clue who that is. There is an official reseller list for a reason. We do not activate accounts when you purchase from a reseller. They do that.
