Because only an admin can check up on your payment. If you did not get access, it may be that you did not pay the full amount or that the transaction did not clear. You will have to wait for an admin to help you.

You don't need an admin, as you now have access. Also, every game has a support section for support. Use that going forward if you need help with any game.
