EA Sports FC 24 99 stats

I really want to buy the EA fc 24 loader but want to know if the 99 stats thing is also working in WL and Rivals.

Or is it only wokring in pro clubs and seasons and such. Please if possible give me an anwser instead of linking me to the loader page. Since it costs a lot i really need to know this before buying.
