Nice video, but for what you did in the intro to work, it needs to be seamless and not bounce around... I am pretty sure AE has some anchoring tools...
wen the vid was recorded my hand was not steady so the track done in boujou wasent 100% smooth plus im a noob so i can get away with it :D
and thank you for the feed back very much appreciate it :)

after the 2 renders i loss a bitta quality so i thought i would make it a little longer and added the flashing "time echo" to to give it some umph

thanks for the feed back

sorry i forgot to add in 1 more thing you might wanna know..im not 100% sure if that tut tells you or not since i havent watched it for along time anyways u might wanna goto your C:\Program Files\MAXON\CINEMA 4D R12\Exchange Plugins\aftereffects\Win\CS5
or cs 4
C:\Program Files\MAXON\CINEMA 4D R12\Exchange Plugins\aftereffects\Win\CS3-CS4
and copy that plugin into your AE plugin DIR ,this will allow you to use the .aec files cinema 4d makes wen you add your composting / external composting taggs
