ive tried camtasia, i hated it. its pretty bad too.

what do you use? can someone who has no skill/experiance in editing use it?

Record with fraps/MSI Afterburner and edit with Sony Vegas/Aftereffect

If it was $100 i would buy it, but $400 and thats not even the latest version and its on sale. THAT'S OUTRAGEOUS.
