Soldier Front 2 European

I bought soldier front 2 cheats and every time I enter in game it kick me, so i requested support. They say me that I am playing on the European server of SF2 and i need to play on the American.
But i can't becouse it work just in America and I will hack more then 600 ping so I am just waiting for the release of the other Sf2 hack but they never sad that cheat work just with american sf2 so i am losing my days and so my money for nothing.
