We needed assistance for our problems, First Artoarias tried to help, he did a great job and assisted us to a point when he felt he needed someone else to assist us in further depth. Reinen was the Tech that helped us out for the rest of the portion and was a great help, was very friendly and helpful. As usual Great Staff and Great Product.
