Is there any information how long has it been undetected ?? So if i buy it doesnt get detected in 1day and get ban..

All of the cheats marked *RISK* have a much higher risk for ban if you use them, that being said the cheat isn't detected that often. However, when the cheat is detected and the status is down, any users who own that hack will receive their lost times back when the hack is return to an undetected status.
