Whats the reason not to make hacks that alot of people suggest?

I mean like, Your gonna make money from it no matter what, Does it matter if its a little I mean people will buy it if they play it and want to hack it.
Does it take months or something to make hacks for a game? Or extremely hard? Or the upkeep of it being updated to much effort?

Also is there a thread or something that shows future hacks to come for games like a list your gonna make hacks for but havnt done it yet
