Reseller in the Philippines?

Hi just wanted to ask if there is a reseller for Philippines?? uhh i'd been wanting to purchase a hack for SF2 however i can't find any reseller here in the Philippines, and some of the authorized reseller suggest to pay using credit card however that's my main concern, i don't have a credit/debit card to purchase a hack, all i can do is send money thru money transfer services =( help please thanks

ok sir ill try asking him i already sent him a pm but he answered that he accepts payment via skrill or credit card but i don't have those i can only do a money transfer using money transfer services =(
