Just started playing this game and its allooooot of fun! i see its getting more popular cuz of youtubers recommending the game, and yet theres no hack on the interwebs for it. It has a PVP mode, in which an ESP would work great!
Its based on source engine so coding would be easy i presume, plus it has no anti cheat! Easy hack-easy life right? i've spoted some trainers that only work client side/host side with like unl ammo and stuff, maybe with the proper injection you can make it so you can have unl stamina and ammo in other servers too, not just your own. But like i said, ESP would be enough :P
