PayPal accidental payment

Hey, I just purchased 1 month cs:go hacks and I paid with eCheque (which takes about a week to clear) I have not received my hacks yet and I was wanting to pay with instant bank transfer - as I have not recieved the hacks yet and technically have not paid, can the eCheque be cancelled or do I have to wait approx. one week before getting them?
