Issue with the payment method

Hey, i wanted to purchase hacks but i don't have paypal, that left me to the other payment method you guys provide (paysafe) but when i click on that option as my payment method, it says that it's not available in my country.

I live in U.A.E (Dubai) and i want to know if there's going to be a payment method other than paypal where can i purchase hacks ?
