Greatest tech ever.

So here i am wanting to play some insurgency with my new Cheat, but the second i start it a crash occurs. Now at first assumed it was a fluke and tried again....Nope crashed right away so here I am frustrated and tired of restarting. So for the first time ever I hit the live tech support expecting it to be the usual "have you turned it on and off?" well i was proven wrong almost instantly when I was connected with Drakoni who almost immediately knew the problem and even gave me instructions to fix it, so I disconnect thinking i'd follow this and be done with it. Well again i was wrong it failed and did not work so i press the live support button again and i'm connected with another member of tech. I kindly asked to speak with Drakoni again almost expecting to be told no and asked my issue again, well guess what? Wrong again. i was then connected with Drakoni again who helped walk me through this issue once more before sending me off on my own well this time it worked......For the most part. i ended up having to be transferred once again to him this time he was off the clock but still offered to help me and finally we solved my issue. Altogether this was the best tech member and staff i have ever spoken with the rating i would give all around would be a 6 out of 5.
