Someone needs to come up with this for people who has had their account banned.

It's not really possible as it's bound to the account for most games, anti-cheats already thought of blocking that and rarely has there been anything to spoof these things especially with PunkBuster.

From what I've read it's game based. There was a guy making one back in the day called The Kernel Spoofer. Spoofed your guid. You can look up youtube videos and see people use it for COD.

That's older games and most of the games now are tied with the GUID to account, prime example is BF3 and BF4.
