These are my settings (roughly outdated) But they work perfectly fine for a bunch of high ranked players, using AJ, as well as myself. The chams I only use in a clutch, so I toggle them on to get a brief overview of where they are, and I instantly turn it off again

Not if you use it with smooth aim, and low FOV, as well as not using it on every kill, etc.
