i love the customer support i have not had any problem's until i meet this one person hear is the transcript if you want to read it i legit wanted to kill this guy

I don't see really any issues with the transcript. The reason why that system is in effect is for security of the accounts, even staff get this. It's there to prevent theft of the account along with keeping the loader from being shared.
